Login to your Wordpress dashboard, click on  -> Appearance -> Themes search for the theme to install a theme. Once you have installed a new WordPress theme, you can preview and activate it from your admin dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes.

If you have purchased a theme, you can upload the theme via an FTP client such as FileZilla
